The most valuable part is that it is less expensive than traditional training programs, and the apprentices are earning money while practicing the skills they are learning about. Additionally, it helps to reduce the barrier of travel to other programs that are further away from our rural town.

The program itself is great. I really like the structured curriculum and schedule of learning outcomes. The value proposition of the program is strong. Our clinics in Washington are smaller and therefore we aren't able to use the program to train as many MA's as we could if it was in Oregon.
