Frequently Asked Questions
Start by contacting InReach to discuss your workforce needs and explore available training programs. Our team will guide you through the onboarding process and help you determine the best path forward.
Not necessarily. While apprenticeships begin with employment, employers can start the partnership process with InReach before hiring. However, an employee must be hired before they can officially register as an apprentice, and they'll need to wait for the next available cohort to begin.
InReach provides guidance throughout the apprenticeship process, including employer onboarding, apprentice registration, related supplemental instruction, compliance support, and ongoing program coordination. We also provide resources to assist with recruitment, retention, and mentor training, taking care of the administrative burden so you can focus on training highly skilled staff.
Program length varies by occupation. Most apprenticeship programs combine paid on-the-job training with related supplemental coursework over the course of one year.
By Employers
Employer partners provide paid employment and benefits, access to patients during on-the-job training, apprentice supervision, and apprentice mentorship. They also pay tuition on behalf of their apprentices.
Program costs vary by program and location. Contact InReach to discuss current tuition rates.
InReach starts new cohorts several times a year. The schedule is subject to change but typically looks like this: Medical Assistant (MA) Apprenticeship in January, April, July, and October; Medical Office Specialist (MOS) Apprenticeship in May and November; and the DA Training Program in May and November.
InReach is available nationwide. We're an employer-driven model, so we meet your demand wherever you need us.
